As your behavior health coach, I will meet with you one on one, via chat for a maximum of 2 hours, two sessions per week. In the coaching session together, we will tackle specific areas such anxiety/depression; self- regulation, coping techniques, decreasing aggression, social skill, etc., to help you maximize your success and enjoyment of life and living.
